The Gamevil customer support is now telling us that it might "be a while" until they can fix our situation. They recommend that we "join a different guild", completely disregarding the possibility that we might want to stick together. Very frustrating and I'm super pissed... they told me months ago that they spoke to the devs and approved our request, and that the devs would make the change.
Anyways, I think we have 3 options:
1. Stay in current guild, enjoy current benefits, and maybe eventually get fixed. 2. Form new guild, lose benefits, earn them back faster at full strength. 3. Disband and everyone try to find a new guild on your own.
I'm leaning towards #2, but I hate the thought of starting over at square 1. Also, Murphy's Law says that as soon as we make our new guild, they will implement the fix. Murphy's Law also says that if we stay as-is, they will never fix the guild system. I really hate that Murphy guy.
Let me know your thoughts and we can do a poll or something to find our path democratically.

I'm still communicating with Gamevil.... I'm counter-offering that we make a new guild and they transfer our levels/status/benefits/etc. Doubtful, but worth a shot. In any case, I intend to be a pain in their ass so they will at least share some of our agony.

Well... disregard all... the pestering has paid off and we have a new GM, FINALLY!
